She was the 2013/2014 Artistic Fellow at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and was an invited artist for Creative Change at Sundance. She has been nominated for Amnesty International Freedom of Expression Award, Fringe Sustainable Practice Award, and Broadwayworld.com Best Supporting Actress for her work in Theatre. Winner of the Overall Excellence Award for Best Play in FringeNYC.Before getting her Master Degree she worked as a teacher and a humanitarian aid worker on refugee camps in West Africa. She was the founder and Executive Director of NGO Bright Future Arts International in Ghana.
