Is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Nevada and Arizona. FHA approved and member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. Has over 20 years of residential appraisal experience. Has been a Spanish Teacher for several years to students from North America to Southeast Asia. Is working in the Philippines as a Bilingual Executive for a top Medical Billing company.
