Steve returned to London in 1987 to work on a police TV series The Bill (1984) later Drop the Dead Donkey (1990) for Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin, then Holby City (1999). multiple roles in successive Shakespeare and Greek classical plays while working for new writers and independent film producers including Sue Pomeroy and Denis Saunders in Good Company touring Production of 'The Pepyshow' starring Peter Woodward and new wave of TV Writer-Directors as James Strong in Strong's 'Lady Jane' and in Hustle - Unehrlich währt am längsten (2004).
