Robinhood Ferdinand Padilla, known professionally as Robin Padilla, is a Filipino actor, screenwriter, producer and director best known for his '90s action films; portraying mostly antihero characters that granted him the moniker "Bad Boy" of Philippine cinemas. He is also dubbed as "The Action Prince" or "The Prince of the Philippine Action Movies."Padilla was born in Daet, Camarines Norte, to Casimero "Roy" Padilla Sr., a filmmaker, and Lolita Eva Cariño.
