I've become known for creepy, stern, a non-push over, yet loving host of characters with my hair longer, even Benjamin Franklin. With short hair and thinner, I used to be cast for policeman, military, and just an average guy. Acting experience, I had an acting class with Gary Grubbs a couple months ago, a few acting classes in Los Angeles and on in college over 20 years ago. Otherwise it's been a lot of extra/background in TV and films (Throw Momma from the Train, Hidden, Hot to Trot, 1st and Ten, LaGuna Heat, Jake's M.O., The Man Who Broke a Thousand Chains, etc.) in the Los Angeles, CA area in 1987, and in 2008 (Up In The Air), in St. Louis, MO. Recently an extra; August 2018, for film and TV (American Reject, Tell Me Your Secrets, NCIS New Orleans, and The Purge), in New Orleans, LA, Just Mercy, Atlanta/Conyers, GA, and The Act in Savannah, GA. I've did many others too and I have been a stand-in on the ACT and cast to be in Gloria's as a protester in January. Aside being featured as a drunk guy, I've also been a dead guy at a bar, crazy man in a psych ward, etc. I continue to add to the list. I am willing to go where the work is. I have driven to Atlanta and the surrounding area for background work, also Savannah, and once in Alabama. I am about to do a photo shoot in Mississippi for K.K. Wootton. Recently I went to Tallahassee, Florida to play a janitor in Devil Music. I enjoyed it a lot and wish I could have done more. I am from Missouri and I have been in the military. I am used to traveling with this work, the military, and archaeology work over the years. I have helped build theater sets for summer Repertory Theater at the University of Missouri, 1988. Loved it! Other skills: Worked as a farm hand and farm equipment operator about 20 years, worked with farm animals, horses a small amount, archaeology field technician, chemistry laboratory tech, driving trucks of most varieties except a semi-truck, can drive a car, bicycle, building and grounds maintenance, military, clerical, sales, laboratory technician, cooking, and often told I have a great voice that should be on the radio. As an extra I played a patron, waiter, sports fan, policeman, photographer, college student, standing in a crowd, etc. In acting I tend to like improvisational acting when I did it a long time ago and have been told I'd be good at being a father figure. But that was years ago. it is 11/27/2019 and I have worked background up to this point.
