Born in Puerto Cabello, Venezuela and partially raised in Barquisimeto and Caracas, Neal's Mother is German, Father of Italian and Spanish descent and Grand Parents Ukranian, Polish and Venezuelan. Neal speaks Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Italian and German in addition to English.
