Matt McManus has been doing comedy for 14 years. First as a member of the New York based sketch troupe BASKETCASE regularly performing in the city's biggest clubs. Matt moved from the stage to the street where cameras followed him creating what he likes to call Human Graffiti, his take on pranking. One of his characters The Chad got millions of hits on Youtube as he invaded events like the American Idol auditions, The US Open and New York's Fashion Week. In 2009 Matt moved to LA and his first web series Breakups with Matt McManus was showcased on the front page of funnyordie. He danced for people in the street, spooned women on the sidewalks and handed out kisses to gay guys while cultivating a new following on the streets of LA. During this time he was featured on the second season of Ru Paul's Drag Race where he dressed in drag and won that week's competition; and a legion of gay fans. New York based My Damn Channel then commissioned 24 episodes of Matt's prank show, McMayhem. In 2013 Matt was cast on TBS's new comedy series produced and hosted by Marlon Wayans, Funniest Wins. Since then Matt has been writing and acting in sketches for Comedy Central, GSN, and College Humor. He was then cast in Jeff Tremaine's (Jackass) new show 'Swerved' currently airing on the WWE Network. Recently, he was cast in TruTV's 'Chris Webber's Full Court Pranks' as one of the lead actors.
