When Ph.D. students are faced with completing their 7-year-long degree program or staying one night in an infamous haunted house to graduate early, some students pay for their decision with the ultimate sacrifice.

In the sun-drenched, high-energy streets of Los Angeles, a tight-knit trio of local artists is chasing a dream way bigger than their block. By day, they are just everyday people grinding to survive—hustling through warehouse shifts, driving ride shares, and climbing the corporate ladder. But by night, they switch lanes into a private world fueled by heavy beats, neon lights, and raw creative ambition, standing on the absolute brink of making it legendary. When a major record label drops a massive solo contract on the table, it sparks a fast-paced, high-stakes ride through the music industry that tests their limits and shatters old loyalties. Suddenly, they are violently pulled between two completely different versions of the future. Mid-City Dreamers is a driving, emotional summer anthem of a story packed with original music, high-octane street drama, and dangerous hidden secrets. It's a gripping ride about the ultimate cost of fame, the hustle for survival, and a family doing whatever it takes to protect their own, keep a brother's legacy alive, and light up the city. Turn up the audio. Some dreams don't shout. They wait.
