Kara Rainer grew up in the Azalea district of the Rose City, Tyler, Texas. At a very young age, she began writing songs and plays to entertain her family and used her rank as the oldest sister to persuade (aka "forced") her 2 younger sisters to participate in her "musicals". Kara studied classical piano and voice, focusing on singing for many years until acting caught her attention.
