Australian actor, Ivan Topic, was raised by his Yugoslavian mother in a tough, working class suburb on the outskirts of Brisbane. A blacksmith by trade, Ivan has a Bachelor of Communications in Film and Television Production and Print and Broadcast Journalism and studied copywriting at the Australian Writers and Art Directors School.After studying the Meisner Technique at the prestigious Actors Pulse studio, Ivan has gone onto appear in many well-known feature films, television shows and Theatre productions. He was first cast in Khoa Do internationally acclaimed feature film, The Finished People (2003). Shortly after he appeared in Khoa Do's second feature film, Footy Legends (2006) and went on to play Mia Wasikowska father in Suburban Mayhem (2006). His television credits include: Home and Away (1988), Bastard Boys (2007), Rake (2010), Behind Mansion Walls (2011), Soul Mates (2014), and Love Child (2014).His film roles include On Halloween (2020), 33 Postcards (2011) and Timothy Boyle much anticipated Shadow Wars, where he appears opposite screen legend, John Rhys-Davies.
