Harley-Jean Harris is an actor turned model from Sydney, Australia. He graduated from drama school and went on to play the title character of Mark Valera in an Australian TV series, Forensic investigators. He was eventually founded by a New York and Los Angeles based modeling agency and subsequently began a short modeling career for brands like Calvin Klein. Whilst in New York, Harley auditioned for several prime time television shows and just missed out on being cast in Gossip Girl. Eventually, in 2010, Harley was cast as the lead in a prime time reality TV series, similar to The Hills. Unfortunately, the pilot never made it to air and the show was put on hold. In 2011, Harley-Jean Harris was cast for a minor role in Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby, which was filming at Sydney's Fox Studios, but an unfortunate accident meant Harley-Jean had to undergo surgery and he could not fulfill the part.
