
            "Big Hero 6 The Series" picks up immediately following the events of Walt Disney Animation Studios' Academy Award®-winning film "Big Hero 6," continuing the adventures and friendship of 14-year-old tech genius Hiro and his compassionate, cutting-edge robot Baymax. Along with their friends - Wasabi, a sensible control freak whose specialty is physics; Honey Lemon, an optimistic and artistic scientist with a love for chemistry; Go Go, a no-nonsense, fearless speed genius who specializes in mechanical engineering; and Fred, a creative, science enthusiast - they form the legendary superhero team Big Hero 6, taking on new challenges and overcoming opposition in a world of evolving technology.Set in the fictional city of San Fransokyo, a high-tech fusion of San Francisco and Tokyo, and featuring 2D animation that draws inspiration from various Japanese art styles, each 22-minute episode illuminates the unbreakable family bond among the Big Hero 6 team, a group of diverse individuals, each with distinct personalities. The series follows the friends as they embark on high-tech adventures and protect their city from an array of scientifically enhanced villains. Hiro, now juggling his newfound responsibilities of being a rookie superhero, also faces daunting academic challenges and social trials in his day-to-day life as a student at San Fransokyo Institute of Technology.Additional returning characters from the feature film, inspired by the Marvel comics created by Man of Action, include Aunt Cass, Hiro's busy, cat-loving aunt; Fred's Dad, who doubled as a crime-fighting superhero in the 1970s; Heathcliff, Fred's distinguished butler; and Alistair Krei, a suspicious businessman who leverages his knowledge of the team's secret identities to his advantage. The series will also introduce new characters including Professor Granville, San Fransokyo Institute of Technology's strict new dean; Karmi, a jealous young classmate who dislikes Hiro, but is a fangirl of the Big Hero 6 team; Obake, a brilliant villainous scientist determined to sabotage Hiro; Globby, an incompetent thief who attains new powers; and Baron Von Steamer, the city's oldest super villain.Reprising their roles from the feature film are Maya Rudolph as Aunt Cass, Ryan Potter as Hiro, Scott Adsit as Baymax, Jamie Chung as Go Go, Alan Tudyk as Alistair Krei, Genesis Rodriguez as Honey Lemon, David Shaughnessy as Heathcliff and Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee as Fred's dad.             A man inherits a mansion from his deceased wealthy father after he is released from a mental institution. Strange events lead him to wonder if it's haunted or if it's all in his mind.After spending twenty years in a mental institution, Tom Walker (Topher Grace) is released back to the mansion that he has inherited from his wealthy father, a senator who has recently committed suicide. Tom is placed under house arrest, and must check in via video phone daily for thirty days or else he will be returned to the mental institution. His parole officer, Brody (Patricia Clarkson) is suspicious of him, and alludes to a violent crime committed by him and his older brother, Alex. Tom suffers from hallucinations of his late father and his father's dog, hears noises throughout the house, and receives calls from a stranger with a garbled voice, which make him believe that he is relapsing. While swimming in his indoor pool, he has a vision of a girl being drowned, and when the pool closes on him prematurely, he checks its control panel and discovers a tongue preserved in a mason jar, which he writes off as another hallucination. He also discovers a secret tunnel in his father's office that provides access to peepholes around the house. His brief respite comes in the form of a market worker named Lynn, who delivers his groceries and is eager to get to know him.Uncomfortable, Tom calls Brody, who arrives to check on him. As the two bond, Brody misinterprets his advances and kisses him; when he rebuffs her advances, she becomes offended and attacks him, stealing his pills before leaving. Later, Tom realizes that there is an intruder in the house, but discovers that it is his brother, Alex, who has escaped from prison. Although Tom believes Alex is another hallucination, Alex insists that he is real; he trashes the house, looking for hidden money from their father. Tom gets a call from Lynn the next morning and he asks for new medication. When Lynn arrives, she shows him a newspaper article of his crime and asks him what happened. Tom admits that when the two of them were teenagers, Tom was humiliated by a girl he had a crush on in school. After he told Alex, the two scared the girl as a prank, but when she lashed out at them, an enraged Alex handcuffed Tom and forced him to watch Alex murder her. Alex went on to kill another girl, which landed him in prison and Tom in a mental institution, and their mother allegedly abandoned the family in shame and disappeared.Brody returns to the house and promises to bring Tom his medication back. Tom and Alex view a video from their father where he appears apologetic about putting his career above family; Alex attacks Tom after an argument and disappears. Tom receives another visit from Lynn, who insists that she does not blame him and understands his mental illness, as she self-harmed after being bullied and used in school. When she steps out, Tom, believing himself to be stable, returns to the pool's control panel, but still finds the jar holding the tongue. After breaking it in anger, he discovers a trap door leading to an underground bunker, which he does not explore. Returning to Lynn, he finds her unconscious from a blow to the head. Panicking, he attempts to leave with her to get help, only to be discovered by Brody, who has come to return his medication. Believing him to be killing again, Brody draws her gun on him before getting murdered by Alex, who takes Lynn and prepares to murder her. After Tom bargains for her life by revealing the underground bunker, Alex leaves them to search. Tom destroys the police video phone in order to get help, but before he can free Lynn, an embittered Alex returns and attacks him, insisting there was nothing down there, and he prepares to kill Lynn again after handcuffing Tom.Unwilling to watch another murder, Tom frees himself and attacks Alex, who overpowers him and throws him into the bunker. Inside, Tom finds a safe, as well as a chair facing a locked bedroom walled off with glass. Inside, he discovers a phone, which connects to the kitchen phone where he received the strange calls, underneath a framed photo of his father. Alex calls him from the other end, and after Tom promises that he can open the safe for him in exchange for Lynn's life, Tom discovers an old, emaciated prisoner in the locked room with him. After a moment of panic, he realizes the prisoner is his mother, who did not abandon the family, but was kept chained up by his sadistic father; the garbled calls were from her, as it was her tongue that had been cut out. Tom frees her and leads her out, only to be met by Alex. Alex tearfully hugs his mother before shooting her and demanding Tom open the safe. Tom does so, revealing his father's hidden funds, but he and Lynn attack Alex while the latter is distracted. During the fight, the water pipes are damaged, and the room floods. Lynn pulls Tom to safety, while Tom's mother chains Alex to a pipe, drowning him. Tom and Lynn stumble out of the house, where they are met by police. When an officer asks if the house is his, Tom replies that "It is now."

            Wallace Bryton (Justin Long) and friend Teddy Craft (Haley Joel Osment) host the popular podcast The Not-See Party, where Wallace finds videos of people doing humiliating things and shows them to Teddy while they make fun of the people on the videos. Their latest victim is the Kill Bill Kid, (Douglas Banks) who accidentally slices his right leg off with a katana. Wallace then announces his plans to fly to Canada to interview (and make fun of) him. In flashbacks spread through the film, its revealed that Wallace was originally an unpopular standup comic who became popular with his increasingly vicious podcasts, which upsets his girlfriend Ally León (Genesis Rodríguez) and leads to fights accusing him of selling out.Upon arriving in Manitoba, Wallace learns the Kill Bill Kid has accidentally killed himself when arriving at his funeral. Upset that he's flown to Canada for nothing, Wallace decides to stay an extra day with the intention of finding another weirdo to interview. When using the restroom at a bar, he comes across a handbill from someone offering a room in his home for free and the guarantee of hearing a lifetime of interesting stories. His interest piqued, Wallace arrives at the stately home of Howard Howe (Michael Parks), an older man in a wheelchair, who offers tea and several of his interesting stories at sea. The one Howe is most passionate about telling is when one of the ships he served on crashed when looking for a legendary great white shark and how a walrus he named Mr. Tusk saved him from drowning. As Howe tells his story, Wallace passes out from drugs laced in his tea.The next morning, Wallace wakes up to find himself strapped into a wheelchair and his left leg amputated. Howe tells him he saw a Recluse spider crawl out of his pant leg and a local doctor had to amputate it to save Wallace's life. Wallace finds the story incredulous and finally realizes Howe's insanity when he makes a joke about the spider over dinner, where Howe not only reveals his ability to walk, but his plans for Wallace: having a frightening obsession with the walrus, he plans to fit Wallace into a perfectly constructed walrus costume. His attempts to contact Ally and Teddy - having an affair behind Wallace's back - fail when neither answer their phone before Howe beats him in the back of the head with an oosik telling him his human life is over.Now fully aware of the danger Wallace is in, Ally and Teddy fly to Canada to look for him, turning up numerous failed leads. Back at the mansion, as Howe continues to mutilate and alter Wallace, he tells his backstory as a Duplessis orphan and how years of physical, psychological and sexual abuse throughout his childhood have driven him completely mad and cemented years of hatred towards humanity. Howe's work completed, Wallace is sewn into a horrific walrus pelt made of human skin, the tusks made of the tibia bones from Wallace's severed legs. Howe revels at the return of his beloved Mr. Tusk in his monstrous aberration of man and walrus.Local detective Frank Garmin puts Ally and Teddy in touch with Guy Lapointe (Johnny Depp), an alcoholic Quebec ex-cop who has been hunting Howe for years, once finding him by chance a few years before under a different name and living situation. He reveals that Howe, nicknamed The First Wife by the police for his horrific M.O., has been kidnapping and murdering people for years (though unaware of his walrus creations) and believes Wallace may still be alive, but not as they remember him. They eventually find Howe's address through two convenience store clerks Wallace had annoyed earlier.As the three arrive at Howe's home, Wallace's psyche has been completely broken and conditioned to be like that of a walrus. Howe then reveals his other secret: his real obsession comes from killing and eating Mr. Tusk six months after living on the island and, out of guilt for his human qualities, has changed all these people into his beloved savior in a chance to relive their last day and give him another chance at survival. Dressed in his own homemade pelt, Howe and Wallace engage in a messy walrus fight that ends in Wallace going full walrus and killing Howe with his tusks. Ally and Teddy find the enclave and are horrified by Wallace's altered appearance. As he bellows at them like a walrus, Guy Lapointe enters and aims a shotgun at it.One year later, Wallace, still sewn into the pelt, lives what life he has in a wildlife sanctuary. Ally and Teddy, still broken up over the situation, come visit him and feed him a mackerel. Ally, remembering a discussion she had with Wallace the day before he left for Canada about how crying separates humans from animals, tells Wallace she still loves him before walking off crying. Tears run down Wallace's face/tusks as he bellows.
