            A glance at 62 years old Manu bhai Shah (Raghubir Yadav), and he appears peculiar in his outfit, crazy in his behavior, flamboyant in his style, loud and funny in his conversation, and overbearing in his relations! With colored hair, trimmed French beard, colorful t-shirts with slogans (inappropriate for his age), GUCCI glares and i-pod plug-ins; when this 60 year old enters the tennis ground of the club he shouts in his inimitable style of gujrati mixed marathi accent..'public..audience (sounding as odience). He moves around in a red colored open jeep and thrives on friends. He lives life unapologetically. He and his gang which includes Dhillon (sharat saxena), Mansukhani (satish shah), Zafar (tinu anand) and Sinha (Vineet Kumar) are a group of irrepressible 'five' whose lives revolves around a tennis court in a club called CLUB 60. They can drive anyone crazy by their antics. Bordering around sixty years of age; they play, fight, abuse, bitch and can even put youngsters, half their age, to shame when they talk of wine, women and sex.
Story of club 60 unfolds when Dr Tareek sheikh (Farookh sheikh), a neuro surgeon, suffering from acute depression after the death of his only son, shifts to Mumbai from Pune with his wife Dr sayara (Sarika). A chance encounter of suave Dr sheikh with the flamboyant, talkative, funny and overbearing Manu bhai, who stays in the same building, snowballs into Dr Sheiks forced and reluctant entry into the club 60's gang of five. But is Manu bhai and his gang just a chunk of some well-to-do crazy and fun-loving 60 years young or is there something more to them under their colorful and playful facade? We explore it along with Dr sheikh as slowly and steadily his reluctant participation in Manu bhai's 'gang of five', makes him fall in love with life again.

            "Book a coffee", is an offbeat library cum coffee shop. It is owned and run by Leela Krishnamoorthy, a middle aged widow. She herself is as interesting and free spirited as the café she runs! Amaya, Leelas only child is a fire-brand 22 year-old writer; quick witted, confident and open-minded. They adore each other as only mother daughter can.Into this mix, is thrown Jayant Sinha. A 60 year old retired photographer, who continues his chosen profession as a hobby today. He is passionate about people and the memories they create; he is also a great friend to Amaya Krishnamoorthy, with whom he decides to co-author a coffee table book, titled 'Memories of The Busy Bazaar.' The Busy Bazaar as a title has its own story and adds a subtle but intriguing undercurrent to the narrative woven around it.After having lost her husband 12 years ago, Leela refuses to become a stereotypical wallflower, who wallows in the unfairness of life. It translates into the sort of person she becomes, the way her daughter is brought up and the people who are attracted to her.And along the way, Leela falls in love again.Given that Amaya is open minded and modern in the way she reacts to various things around her, gives Leela reason to believe that this will in no way be a hindrance or a problem with her daughter. And this is also the crux of the whole story.At a dinner he is at with Leela, Jayant begins to narrate the incident in which he tragically lost his family. Talking late into the night, Jayant spends the night in Leela's home, which is also when Amaya walks in on them the next morning; just as Leela is consoling a broken Jayant who's just finished his heart rending story. As relationships that were once rock solid, fracture and crumble, the film explores multiple relationships in their own unique ways.It also traces Amaya's journey of anger, betrayal and disbelief to one where she understands the reasons behind everything that has happened between mother and daughter. Once her head clears, Amaya is the one that makes the effort to rebuild lives, piece together shattered relationships and bring the missing sunshine back into everybody's lives.Other characters beautifully woven into the film also add to the layering and texture, that character driven films demand. Finally, there is also a sub plot that runs alongside the main narrative, which becomes the sublime finale to a sensitive, subtly humorous and extremely touching story.Listen Amaya is a modern, young, contemporary and fun film about relationships, family dynamics, about pre-conceptions and about priorities.

            Noorie (Poonam Dhillon) lives in the Bhaderwah valleys with her father, Ghulam Nabi (Iftekhar) and her dog Khairoo, she has a boyfriend Yusuf (Farooq Shaikh), they decide to get married, the date is decided and preparations begin. But fate had something else in store. As another villager Bashir Khan (Bharat Kapoor) takes a liking to Noorie and approaches Noorie's father for her hand, to which Ghulam Nabi refuses. An angry Bashir Khan then arranges the murder of Gulam Nabi, through his men, using a falling tree. The marriage is suspended, few months later when the marriage preparations are back on, however a few days before the marriage Bashir Khan, who happens to be Yusuf's boss sends him on an errand out of town. While Yusuf is out of town Bashir Khan goes over to Noorie's house and rapes her. Noorie commits suicide and Yusuf gets to know that it all happened because of Bashir, so he runs behid him to kill him followed by Khairoo. They end up into a physical fight and Yusuf gets shot by Bashir. As Bashir runs back, he finds Khairoo there, who finally kills Bashir. Yusuf runs to the place where Noorie's body is and dies there. At the end they both are dug into the ground and unite with each other.
