            (Opening credits roll over stunt scenes, later seen in the movie)Elaine Hsia, a beautiful young woman, is teaching an all male karate class: kata and free combat outdoors, and armed combat in a gym.
She receives a telegram: «Father Dead Return Home». She takes a jet flight home.
She's announced by a Waiter in Blue Vest, to the family already gathered in the mansion's living-room, escorted by a Butler, who'd picked her at the airport. The gathering includes: Anna, a tall young woman, the Third Wife of the late Hsia; the Second Wife, whom Elaine will often call Second Aunt; Mack Dennis, the lawyer, wearing a blue suit; Elaine's Uncle Hsia, in a dark blue suit, with his wife. Uncle Hsia says he had known her father for 20 years, and that "they were like brothers".
The lawyer announces that he will open the safe " at 10 a.m. tomorrow", for the reading of the will. He has the master key, and Mistress Shah (Elaine), and Second Mistress and Third Mistress have their keys as well, in order to open the safe.
The Second Wife is not pleased with that arrangement. While Elaine escorts Uncle Hsia and his wife to the door, she joins Anna, and tells her that "We need to get those keys tonight."
Then she says her good-bye to the lawyer, and leaves Anna alone with him on the couch. The lawyer closes his suitcase, and offers to take Anna home. She comes closer to him on the couch, and refuses: "No... I want to go home with you."
Mack Dennis is embarrassed, but can't resist her invitation. The Governess looks annoyed as they leave.
After having sex, Anna pleads with Mack to let her have the master key. He tries to reason with her that that key alone can't open the safe, but she insists. He seems to accept at last, and she goes to have a foam bath.
Mack calls his son, but he falls on the voice-receiver. He leaves a message for Den to pick him up at 9 a.m., so that they may go together to the Hsia's tomorrow. He stays in bed, wondering where his son can be, so late in the night.
When Anna returns to bed, she finds him unconscious, bleeding from a blade wound on the neck.A Ninja escalates the wall of a building surrounded by a garden, and reaches the window of Elaine Hsia's room. The girl is having a nightmare about her father's death, her safe key hanging from a necklace on her chest. The Ninja is about to administer her a sleeping drug, when she awakes, jumps out of bed and fights him. He jumps out of the balcony into the surrounding lawn, and she is about to follow him, wearing just a deep-cut negligee, when the Butler and the Governess come to her at a run, and plead her not to follow the burglar. Elaine is happy that her only object of value - the key to the safe - is still on its place.The Ninja, now wearing street clothes, is being reprehended by the Second Wife, for having failed in dealing with a mere girl. Next, Lily Chiu/Anna arrives suddenly, still in shock, and tells of how she failed in retrieving the master key, because Patrick had been attacked by someone she had not seen. The Second Wife tells her to keep calm, and pretend that nothing happened when they meet in the morning.Next morning, at the Hsia's place, it's half past ten, and she sits with her "aunts" and uncle, waiting for the lawyer. The Governess informs that no one is attending the phone at the lawyer's home.
At 10:45 a.m., a young visitor arrives, wearing a white suit. The Butler presents his young mistress to him, and names him as Mathias Dennis, the lawyer's son. The visitor breaks the bad news, his father was assaulted the night before, and he is in a coma.
Anna asks if he has the master key, but the young man knows nothing of it. Since they can't open the safe without the lawyer - and his master key - Elaine goes with Mark to visit the lawyer in the hospital.
Hospital nurses are cleaning up the room, and tell them that the patient had been discharged, and transferred to another hospital. Just in time, there's a phone call for Dennis Mathias, that he takes on the hospital room; it's a man's voice: "We've got your father, and you and Miss Hsia have to give us the keys right now, so that you can have your father back safely, otherwise..." (cynical laugh, end of call)Mathias drives Elaine back in his white car, and suddenly he is being followed and attacked by two other cars, one red, the other yellow. A car chase follows, with plenty of dangerous driving.
Anna arrives at her apartment and is about to take a shower, when she is attacked by a Henchman in a Raincoat, who was hidden in the bathtub, waiting for her. To stop her screams, he chokes her, but he uses too much strength, and she dies. Seeing her wearing only a bath towel, gives him the idea of stripping himself, and abuse her corpse.
Elaine has a hint that the man who attacked her and the lawyer may do the same to Anna, her "third auntie". Mathias drive to Anna's place but they arrive too late to prevent the tragedy.The Second Aunt is driven in her limousine, by Tang the Ninja, who informs her that they have gotten rid of Anne. They are chased by four guys on motorcycles in a dirty road. Chan is forced to stop, and to leave the car, and fights the four men who are wearing helmets.
In a desert road, it happens that a car stops to give him a hand: it's Mathias and Elaine. The four motorcyclists decide to run away.
Elaine tells her Second Aunt that "they have murdered Third Aunt", and the lady shows surprise. Mathias adds that they got his father, too.
Second Aunt tells her Ninja to take the car home, and Elaine, suddenly, decides to walk alone in a desert place.Second Mistress invites Mathias to drive her to her three-store, luxurious mansion. She asks him to wait in her bedroom while she changes into something fresh - and she returns in a hot see-through black dressing-gown, and beige collants. Mathias can't help himself, and he gapes at her. He resists the temptation, though, she wrestles him to bed, and he ends by slapping her. "Hum, there must be something wrong with you," the lady says as he leaves.
When he arrives home, it had been burglarized, and everything is upside down.Meanwhile, Elaine is watching some hydroplane racing. Elaine turns up suddenly into a city street - where she has a motorbike waiting for her - and suddenly she's run over by a white car, when she is crossing the street. She lands well, though, and she jumps on her bike, and drives away. Car chasing motorbike follows, and more acrobatics ensue, as the girl manages to jump onto the speeding car's roof, get inside through the driver's window, get to the back seat, and strangle him. The car crashes, turns three times over, and lands on its tires again. Elaine gets out unmolested - after breaking the driver's neck.The Henchman in a Raincoat returns happy to give the key to his Boss, but is slapped and reproached for having done everything wrong: he had killed Lily Chiu, he had only wounded the Lawyer... The thug confesses that he had used her body, after killing her accidentally. The Boss decides it's time for him to retire for a while, and asks Yu to take his partner away. Yu understands what he has to do, and takes his colleague to the sea-shore. He's about to shoot him when the big man shoots him first, then he throws Yu's body into the water.
Next, the Henchman in a Raincoat calls Mathias from a phone booth, and tells him that he's ready to tell the secret of those keys, mediating a payment to be delivered in cash to an address he gives him.
Mathias goes to the designed place, and Elaine is with him. The Henchman makes a sign with a torchlight from the top floor of a building under construction, still with no doors or windows, nor electricity.
While the pair walks up the stairs, the Boss, who had followed his Henchman, surprises him upstairs. He manages to disarm the Boss, and they fight, but the Boss has three underlings with him. They manage to overpower the strong thug.Mathias and Elaine arrive and, without knowing who is who, they start fighting with the majority of the men in the room. It's a long fight of 2 vs 4, but then the 4 receive reinforcements - four thugs more with clubs. Despite the bravery and acrobatic moves of Elaine, she ends by accepting the repeated plea of Mathias for her to run away.
The Boss is not pleased with that, but at least his traitor Henchman is dead, and he has captured Mathias alive. Mathias, topless, and hanging head down by his feet tied to a rope in the ceiling, is whipped vigorously by a Bald Henchman, until he passes out.Elaine has gone straight to a class of lady gymnastics, to obtain help from two Gymnast friends Li Shi/Tiger and Abby.
They follow her back to the building under construction, where she finds the Boss's main thugs asleep, and Mathias weakened but alive, despite he has fainted a couple of times under the whip, and has been hanging by his feet for a couple of hours. The first thing Elaine does is to trample on an empty beer can, losing the element of surprise. The two girls and the male gymnast fight the three thugs, and take Mathias with them.Next day, Elaine's red car is chased by a biker, and two cars, one yellow, and the other white. First, the biker dies in a crash, then the red car and the yellow car crash, but Elaine comes out uninjured, and the driver of the yellow car is dead. (No more sign of the white car.)Walking home, she is almost run over by the Gymnast, driving a black limousine, who happened to be passing in this desert road, worried about she having been out "so long". He offers her to drive his limousine for no apparent reason.
They stop at a railway crossing, just as a speed train is approaching, and a truck bumps into their car, pushing it into the railroad track. The black limousine's brakes hold until the train passes, and then Elaine drives fast out of the way. The truck's driver is on radio contact with Bald Henchman and Goatee Henchman, and warns them that it's up to them to chase Elaine now. These thugs are in a heavy semi-trailer truck, and they stop suddenly in front of the limousine, cutting the road completely. Elaine can't stop, but drives under the semi-trailer, losing the roof top and the control of the car.
The henchman and two underlings descend from the semi-trailer to give chase on foot of the two fugitives, but they lose them. They come back to their vehicle and return home, unaware that the fugitives had been hiding under the semi-trailer, and then traveled to the thugs hide-out on top of it.In the darkness of the evening, the pair decide to explore their surroundings. One thug with an electric torch sees Elaine, and seeing that she is giving him a come on sign, he decides to profit from an easy girl. He's jumped by surprise by the Tiger, who chokes him. Hidden, Elaine and the Gymnast see the Second Mistress being informed on the result of the hunt for Elaine, which leads Elaine to assume that Mr. Dennis the lawyer should be somewhere near.
In another barrack, they see two guards playing cards, and a man lying in bed. A gold coin distracts the guards' attention, enough for Elaine to KO them both with karate and a groin kick. The pair goes in, but the lawyer is still in a coma. The Gymnast carries him on his shoulders, but he is intercepted by another thug, who gives the alarm. Surrounded by half a dozen thugs, he has to fight them alone.
Elaine is busy trampling with the gang's cars, and then she robs one to give a hike to the Gymnast and the lawyer. The escape is easy, now that the whole gang is stuck at their parking lot.Second Aunt and Tang, her Ninja/Driver/Henchman/Lover, share a foam bath, and then share a bed to have sex. They're interrupted by the surprise arrival of Mr. Ying, the Boss.
"You've managed to give away all of my secrets, you know? (...) And now there is only one thing to do. I want both of you to get dressed, and come to the Quig Tomb (?) with me."
He takes them to a sort of catacomb, where two of Ying's henchmen lay in ambush. Ying tells the failed Ninja: "You know my secrets, therefore you must be eliminated."
Ying bear-hugs Second Aunt from behind, as she tries to escape, and the Ninja fights a karateka in black and a karateka in white with a sword.
The karateka in white loses his sword, and is killed by the Ninja with a devastating kick to the throat, but the karateka in black took the sword from the ground, and slashes the Ninja several times, ending by skewering him through the belly.
Tang perishes by the Japanese sword, but before, he wrenches it from his body, and sticks it up the lower belly of the karateka in black. The two men fall to the ground of the dark corridor.Second Aunt is desperate for the loss of her lover, and weeps over his body. Mr. Ying pulls her up by a grip on her curly hair, and tells her not to worry, because she had done her job well - and he seems interested in keeping her looks intact.Later, calm and in a fresh dress, Second Aunt pays a visit to the lawyer's son, the office has been restored to order since the burglary attempt.
The young man lets her inn, and asks about his father. Second Aunt dismisses Elaine and the two gymnasts that were making company to him, and proposes a deal: his key for the lawyer.
He repeats he doesn't have it, but Elaine interrupts, "Alright. I've got it."
Second Aunt, who is actually Elaine's mother-in-law - and not a grieving widow for the late Mr. Hsia - hands her a piece of paper with the address for her to deliver the key, next day. "If you don't show up, you won't see the lawyer again."
After she leaves, Elaine has an idea about where the master key may be. Mathias repeats that his father had given him a number of keys, alright, but that they were for his apartment only. Anyway, he goes looking for them, and among the other keys, Elaine quickly spots the the master key, prominently different from the others.The four friends drive to the given address in a black limousine, but Elaine decides to leave the two gymnasts in the car, and goes up with Mathias. After a minor scrap with two guards on the floor where they had been summoned to, they go in, and conclude the trade.
Ying warns the young man that "This matter involves your father's reputation."
They leave with the comatose lawyer - but they fall in elevator cage, trapped by the Ying's gang. The wounded man and the pair of youths are able to get their grips on the lift's cables, but the older man eventually falls to his death.
The youths manage to get out of the cage, just in time because meanwhile the gang has started the lift going. After a fight with the two guards, the pair manages to jump off a balcony from about a 7th floor to a swimming pool below, and come out of it fresh, and wet.Second Aunt goes to Elaine's home with three bodyguards, and the Governess welcomes her respectfully at the door. The Governess shows her the safe in the office and gives her the codes without which the safe box would explode. She introduces the three keys, then the master key, then the top and the bottom codes in the rotating buttons, and the safe reveals its contents: just plastic bags with a white powder.
She opens an envelope and extracts a note in beautiful calligraphy written by the late Hsia: "Money and greed have caused a lot of horrible doings. They make the world turn upside down (...)." She laughs cynically, tors the paper in bits, and orders the bodyguards to take the stuff to her car.
While they do this, the Governess receives a call, instructing her to "to kill them all".
So, the Governess offers them a cup of tea before they leave. Mistress Hsia accepts, and the three share the cup of coffee, as the Governess sits with them drinking. Or rather, feigning to. The Governess by a movement of her eyes signs Mistress Hsia not to drink, either. The three thugs fall dead by a powerful venom in the drink.
Now alone, the Governess strangles Shah to death, with a thin piece of wire... The woman opens her eyes wide, but is unable to defend herself.Mourning the lawyer's death, his son at last decides to tell Elaine why all these events are falling on their heads.
"Only this morning, I saw my father's file on Sun Shao Hung. He's the Boss we saw, I saw his picture in the paper a few months ago. He has been in Hong Kong for all the past three years. He got associated with an industrialist, Chan Shin Tong, and used Hsia's money to finance his drug smuggling ring. According to the file, they just received a big shipment from the Golden Triangle, the goods are to be distributed in Hong Kong. The police knew about it, and arrested him, but they had to release him due to lack of proof."
Elaine says, "My father was so worried about this!, that he had a heart attack. I'll go home and check. I must go home and check!"
She goes with her three friends, and decides to enter from the back door.Abby is the first to find - a dead thug. Elaine finds the Second Aunt strangled, and worries about Uncle Chang, the Butler. His body is found with a meat cleaver planted on his forehead - apparently killed by surprise by the Governess, before the arrival of Second Aunt.The Boss and the Governess - who has made up her hairstyle and makeup to look like the late Second Aunt - are celebrating the drugs transaction on the dockyard about to take place. A drink, and a hot kiss.
In the dockyard, the work finished, the Boss's men are going to receive their pay from the Governess. Elaine and her three friends have located them and are spying on them.
Elaine comes from hiding, and berates the Governess for having killed so many people. The Governess runs away, and Elaine and her three friends fights the gang of 7 men that had done the drugs' transfer to the ship. The Boss is practicing karate near-by and is warned by the Governess, "Bad news! They've found us!"
He comes to rescue his men, starting by strangling the Bald Henchman - for no reason. He tries to run away with his female accomplice, but takes the suitcase with the money from her - just in case.The Boss hides, and the team of four go after the Governess. When they catch up with her, they fight - and she proves to be good at it, even wearing spike heel shoes. Elaine tells that she'll deal with her, and the two women start fighting, as other three return to the pursuit of the Boss and his men."Sun Shao Hung (aka Sam Soh Khan), you'll pay for my father's death!" shouts the lawyer'son, stripping off his shirt. Long fight, with the suitcase of money near-by. The Boss prefers to grab the suitcase and run. Fight continues on top of a line of ship containers.
Elaine keeps fighting the murderess, and receives help, not very effective, from the two gymnasts. Abby dies strangled by Auntie's necklace.
Elaine is knocked down for a bit, and Saiman does the same to Li Shi the male Gymnast.
Elaine extracts quick revenge, in turn strangling the strong warrior Governess that betrayed the Hsia family, and Elaine uses the necklace used on strangle her late friend Abby.Then, Elaine goes after the Boss, giving a needed hand to the lawyer's son. Their joint attack finally breaks the strong karateka, who dies of internal injuries due to punches and knees to his chest.(The Ocean Shores Video running 92 minutes, has no end credits, and characters are either not named, or named differently in parts of the dialogue.)
