            Jackie Chan stars in this kung fu action comedy as Eddie Yang, a Hong Kong detective who is transformed into an immortal warrior with amazing speed and strength by an ancient medallion that hangs around the neck of a little boy, Jai (Alex Bao), who is the chosen one. The medallion is in two pieces and is brought together every 1,000 years by the chosen one. For anyone to receive the superhuman powers and immortality, an individual must die and be brought back to life by the touch of the medallion while in the hands of the chosen one. Eddie is working with Interpol to catch an international criminal, Snakehead (Julian Sands) who has been spotted at a temple in Hong Kong. Eddie must choose between saving the little boy from a fire in the temple or capturing Snakehead, of course, Snakehead escapes and flees the country. Since Eddie is the only one who saw his face, he must go to Ireland to help Interpol track him down. In Ireland, Eddie is reunited with his old flame Nicole James (Claire Forlani), who is very upset with Eddie for not calling her for months. While working on this case, Eddie and the little boy are locked in a shipping container, which is pushed overboard into the harbor. Eddie dies by drowning, but he was able to save the little boy who brings him back to life with all the powers of the medallion. You think Jackie Chan's martial arts are incredible at regular speed; he is fantastic with these new powers. Snakehead has discovered the powers of the medallion and has kidnapped the little boy to get the powers for himself. Eddie and Snakehead meet for a final battle to determine who will control the power and the fate of the world. Douglas Young (the-movie-guy)

            Mike Ryan (Gary Daniels) is a tough DEA agent. Ryan and his partner, John Grogan (Matt Craven) are inseparable friends. Grogan is a family man with a beautiful wife and a precious eight year old son. Ryan has become part of the happy family, being more like a brother to Grogan than just a friend.But the happy family crumbles when a drug raid goes horribly wrong. Grogan is ambushed and ruthlessly killed. Ryan tries to console Grogans wife and child, but they turn him away and he realizes that he will never be part of the family again.Ryan must find Chow (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), a notorious crime lord from Hong Kong and take him in. Chow has developed a synthetic drug that will hit the streets in the U.S. in a week. Ryan finds himself embroiled in the Chinese underworld with no way out.Ryan starts asking questions about Chow in a Chinatown bar where he meets Jade (Julie Nixon). His questioning, however, goes nowhere and he is ambushed by a gang in a dark alley. Ryan takes them on with his martial art skills. Ryan falls for Jade and she vows to help him find Chow.Word spreads on the streets that one man beat the White Tiger Chow is hunting. The Crime lords in Hong Kong begin to have doubts about Chow and dispatch an assassin.When Chow hears about this rogue cop's vendetta against him, he sends out another hit squad to take Ryan out. Chow knows Jade and asks her to deliver Ryan to him.Ryan continues to fight single-handedly against Chow's men while figuring out who to trust. Jade is the assassin sent by the Honk Kong crime lords to kill Chow. She has set it up so Ryan will kill Chow for her. When Ryan reveals he has know Jade's plan from the beginning. Jade is captured by Chow. The fight is on for Ryan to get his chance for revenge in a face to face confrontation with Chow.

BLACK CLAW MA, QMOM's right hand man threatens a local gambling addict who reveals to MA that he knows of a mysterious girl, TARA, who holds special magical powers. The gambler convinces MA that the girl can lift QMOM's sun curse. The gambler is spared and debts cancelled in exchange for giving up the location of the girl. MA and his men kidnap TARA and bring her to QMOM where he forces TARA to work her magic on him or be faced with him killing everyone she loves.TARA's tearful father appeals to AXE, relating to AXE that he may be the only one capable of rescuing his daughter. TARA visits AXE is a dream telling him to to come for her. AXE assembles his old combat team HOLLYWOOD, INFIDEL, SCARECROW and YINGYING to go after QMOM and take down his organization. With help of his former team and CHEN MAN, long time friend and fellow student of the same great IP master, AXE reverts back to his Special Ops leadership to destroy QMOM's organization and remind his community of the importance of the teachings and lessons to be learned from Kung Fu.
