Angelo Maldonado Jr. was born and raised in Brooklyn NYC to Puerto rican parents, and is the eldest of four children. Angelo started singing at the age of six in churches, at weddings, and soon began writing music and incorporating hip hop into his songs. As a young man he would grab any and all open mic opportunities, and would soon find himself opening up for acts such as former Roc-A-fella Records artist Beanie Sigel, The YoungBloodz & the legendary Snoop Dogg. His later collaborations lead even to working alongside platinum selling recording artist Mr. Cheeks.One of his biggest performances to date came in 2004 when he was hand picked in the audience to rap live on the Carson Daly show with mutli-Grammy-award-winning artist Wyclef Jean. This would lead to Angelo being discovered and even offered a record deal. When his dreams of hip hop stardom didn't come to fruition, Angelo found another home on the stage - this time as a stand-up comedian where he would perform for audiences across the country and even the world.
