Andrea Hickey is an American Award-Winning Actress. Andrea started performing professionally on stage at the age of twelve. She won the Best Actress Award for her first feature film, The Tiny House Movie, in the Sunny Side Up Film Festival. She also recently won the Best Actress Award for her first short film "John Doe: A Western Tale" in the Wild Bunch Film Festival and won the Best Supporting Actress Award for the same role in the Tokyo Cowboys Film Festival. Andrea was awarded an acting scholarship for college where she gained many theatre and training credits. Andrea's stage experience is extensive. She won the Best Actress Award and was nominated for the prestigious Irene Ryan National Award for her role as Patty in the original work "A Writer's Block" by playwright, Stephen Hancock. She was also chosen to compete in the Shakespearean film competition at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) where she played the much coveted role Portia in "The Merchant in Venice."
