He went on to appear in professional productions such as Broadway Across America's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang before relocating to Los Angeles as a teen to pursue acting full time. AJ, never loosing his initial love for theater, regularly performs improv at Second City Hollywood in addition to his dramatic roles on programs such as Criminal Minds and Grey's Anatomy.In addition to being an accomplished actor, AJ is also a writer. His screenplay, Ritter's Gold, is an adaptation of Frank Hawkins' novel by the same title.
